We want staying in Rodham House to feel like an idyllic home from home, so we’ve gone the extra mile to make it really comfortable and welcoming for you. Complete with luxurious, modern and cosy décor and furniture, sourced with sustainability in mind, this house marries style with practicality to ensure nothing is overlooked and every moment can be enjoyed. From family getaways, gatherings with friends or a dog-friendly stay (charges apply), Rodham House has everything you need for a relaxing break full of much needed quality time together.

This private house is a spacious semi-detached property and includes a large dual-aspect master bedroom with ensuite shower and views of the surrounding fields, some of which make up part of the owners’ family farm. Three delightful further bedrooms are made up as 2 king rooms and one twin room, making this an ideal house for families and/or groups of friends. A family bathroom with shower over bath is located upstairs, whilst an additional toilet is located in the ground floor utility room. We provide quality bedding, linen and towels and British made, natural toiletries throughout the house.

On the ground floor is a modern and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob. The separate dining room comfortably seats 8 on a large wooden table, perfect for sharing laughs as a group over dinner. The bright and airy lounge has ample space for everyone to relax with a magazine or book, grab the popcorn and settle down for a film, or enjoy a bit of friendly competition over a board game.

Patio doors open out onto the terrace and garden where the mature hedgerow and trees enable you to watch and listen to the wildlife as you enjoy a fresh coffee or glass of wine whilst enjoying the swing seat or outdoor chairs. After spending the day relaxing or exploring, round the day off perfectly by watching the sun set whilst you cook a feast on the BBQ or pizza oven followed by toasting marshmallows over the firepit. Regardless of the season, no stay at Rodham House is complete without a tranquil dip in the wood fired hot tub, perfectly tucked in its own nook within the garden to create absolute privacy.

We can provide BBQ packs, wood packs, fizz on ice, and various other luxurious add-ons – these can be added at the time of booking plus a link to our accommodation app is sent at the confirmation stage which includes an in-depth list of amenities and add on options.

Please note that we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties in Rodham House.
